The issue is.. “To compete in the 21st century job market..” This assumes that there is no other way other than competition. We have to go MUCH deeper and adopt a collaborative model of learning and knowing what we are capable of. We are not here to simply consume resources, and have children who are going to do the same. The FUNADAMENTAL basis of the knowledge economy is about KNOWING ourselves..
