This was our first week back and we always share anecdotes of our day. This year, is the first time in 17 years that my husband has a music classroom! He is quite thrilled. As his kindergarten class was leaving a little girl turned to him and said....'thanks for everything'!! Does that sum up engagement, safety and support? Not to mention, the reason we do what we do!! Out of the mouths of babes.....talk to them, they are listening!!! My husband is a music teacher and I am an elementary principal.
